Ace Sadlin’s Bio: I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 45 years, working in three states, Indiana, Florida and Tennessee. I have extensive knowledge of sales in the areas of single family homes, lots and acreage and farms of all sizes, waterfront properties, and foreclosures. Steve Gidon’s Bio: I have held a license as a Realtor in Tennessee since 2003. Prior to becoming a Realtor I spent 19 years in sales in the Wholesale Building Materials Filed. I am also a member of the Maryville Lions Club and am a Realty Executives Award Winner.
