2008. Here's the summary for April-May:
Maricopa County - sold listings are up another 17% from April!
Scottsdale areas are up 17% as well with the following areas highlighted:
Area 413 (Fountain Hills) up 48%!!
Area 409 (McCormick, Gainey & Scottsdale Ranch area) up 36%
Area 403 (Kierland, North Phoenix) up 28%
Central Corridor areas stayed almost exactly the same with one exception:
Area 208 (South Phoenix) was up 30%!!
West Side areas were up 20% with the following have great success:
Area 322 (Glendale/Peoria) up 49%
Area 321 (Glendale/Peoria) up 41%
Area 310 (South Buckeye) up 39%
Area 324 (Tolleson) up 38%
Area 319 (Litchfield,Goodyear, Avondale) up 25%
Area 323 (West Phoenix/Glendale) up 24%
Southeast Valley areas were up 19% with these areas standing out:
Area 503 (North Tempe) up 73%!!
Area 504 (South Tempe) up 71%!!
Area 519 (S. of Apache Junction) up 69%
Area 514 (S.E. Mesa) up 41%
Area 505 (West Mesa) up 30%
Area 517 (Apache Junction) up 26%
Area 510 (Gilbert) up 26%
