City of Westminster is a home rule municipality located in Adams County and Jefferson County, of the State of Colorado, United States. Westminster is a suburb of Denver. As of 2005, the city is estimated to have a total population of 105,084. Westminster is the Colorado municipalities by population seventh most populous city in the State of Colorado and the list of United States cities by population 235th most populous city in the United States. In July, 2006, it was ranked as the 24th best place to live in the USA by Money Magazine.
