Some lakefronts have a buoy, pier or a boat house with a hoist. They each offer unique amenities and lifestyle. Prices range from approximately 2.5 million to 60 million.
Incline Village
This small village is the only master planned community on Lake Tahoe that offers two semi-private beaches for owners and their guests, two Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses, tennis courts, a multi-million dollar recreation center with an indoor swimming pool, and the family oriented ski resort called Diamond Peak which offers both down hill and cross country skiing. Incline Village is a highly desirable location for the family and outdoor lover with only one casino at the beautiful Hyatt. Add to that the Nevada Tax advantages and you can’t go wrong.
