Provo, Utah is about 50 miles south of Salt Lake City along Interstate 15, following the Wasatch Front, in Utah County. Provo is a city on the rise and the market for Provo real estate reflects this.

The community in Provo is fairly conservitive and centered on family living, a great place to raise children. The city has been ranked nationally to be one of the safest places to live in the United States. It is home to roughly 110, 000 people according to the US Census of 2000.

Provo is surrounded from all sides by pristine mountains, near canyons, rivers, some of the "Greatest Snow On Earth" and Utah Lake; offering the oportunity to explore the outdoors through fishing, kayacking, river rafting, hunting, mountain biking, camping, hiking, rock climbing, sight-seeing, golfing, boating, snow skiing, snowmobiling, water skiing.
